Setting up your Wetu Core Profile

Creating and completing your Sustainability Profile form

Navigate to the new Responsible Tourism tab in your Profile Editor (next to Resources).
Start the Sustainability Profile form (you can save and return to it at any time).
Complete all required sections.
Submit to a senior manager in your team with the authority to sign the form off.

Reviewing profile responses

Your manager will be sent an email from Wetu with a link to the completed profile form that can be reviewed
Check that the information accurately reflects your company’s operations. Choose to:
1. Approve: The sustainability information will be visible to the trade in your public profile [coming soon]
2. Reject: Provide feedback and request updates.
  Note: Rejected submissions will need to be resubmitted.

Uploading sustainability certification documents

When answering Where are you on your sustainability journey? in the survey:
1. Choose "In the process" or “Certified“
2. Submit the sustainability profile form for approval (as above)
Once your submission has been approved, go back to the Responsible Tourism tab in your profile editor and upload your official certification documentation.
Your certification documentation will be reviewed by Wetu and cross-referenced with an authorised representative from the corresponding certification scheme.
